What we make
The two-to-five-minute film that shows the room, the ideas and the people. Built for your homepage, sponsor decks and registration emails.
Multicamera capture with clean board audio, titled and delivered per session.
Speakers, attendees and sponsors on camera, lit and mic’d properly in a quiet corner of the venue.
Vertical and square reels with captions, cut for LinkedIn, Instagram and short-form video.
Planned in advance: a teaser on screen at the closing session or in attendees’ feeds the same night.
Keynotes or general sessions streamed to a remote audience, coordinated with venue internet and AV.
Choosing coverage
The most common mistake is buying one when the event needs the other. Here is how they differ.
| Recap coverage | Multicamera session coverage | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Brand, sponsors, next year’s marketing | Members, on-demand libraries, speakers |
| Crew | One or two roaming operators | Locked cameras per room plus roaming coverage |
| Audio | On-camera and lav interviews | House sound desk recorded for every talk |
| Core deliverable | 2–5 minute event film + social cuts | Full session recordings + highlight film |
| Planning need | Agenda and priority moments | Room map, run-of-show, AV coordination |
Proof
“Pantheon translated our abstract values into a visual narrative that instantly communicates the conference’s caliber to a global audience. The highlight reels shifted the perception of Speero from a service provider to a thought leader and community hub.”
FAQ
Two-camera Event Story coverage starts at $9,500 for one day, with each additional day at $2,500. Most conference and corporate projects are scoped to requirements: number of days, concurrent rooms, deliverables, photography and travel. Your coverage plan lists every deliverable and its price before you commit.
Highlight reels are typically delivered within two weeks and full event films in three to five weeks, depending on scope. Rush turnarounds of 48–72 hours, and same-day social edits on site, can be planned in advance for launches and multi-day events.
The flagship event film, highlight reels, individual speaker and session clips, and platform-ready cuts in 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16, with captions. Ongoing partners also keep a private, searchable media library.
Yes. Crew size is scoped to your concurrent rooms and sessions rather than a fixed package: dedicated operators for the rooms that matter most, roaming coverage for networking and sponsors, and a schedule built from your run-of-show.
Yes. We plan camera positions, audio feeds and power with your AV vendor and venue before load-in. Where we can, we record the house sound desk so every keynote has clean board audio, and we confirm any venue exclusivity for livestream or internet during planning.
Your coverage plan states delivery formats and usage rights in writing before the event. Speaker and attendee release needs are reviewed in pre-production, not on the day.
