How are photos delivered?
As curated, edited selects in a private online gallery, with web and full-resolution downloads. Rush selects for same-day social can be planned.
Can photo and video share one crew?
Yes, and it’s usually the better plan: one producer schedules both so the photographer and camera operators aren’t fighting for the same position.
Who owns the footage and usage rights?
Your coverage plan states delivery formats and usage rights in writing before the event. Speaker and attendee release needs are reviewed in pre-production, not on the day.
Do you travel outside Texas?
Yes. We are based in Austin and travel for events across the United States; recent work includes SXSW in Austin and the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Travel is quoted transparently in your coverage plan. We size crews to what we can staff and deliver reliably, and we tell you plainly when a scope needs partners.
